Raintree Springs Association is a townhome complex located generally at Flintridge and Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs.  The complex consists of 28 buildings, with 4 units per building for a total of 112 units in the complex, each with a deeded garage.  Raintree also has a recently remodeled pool building that serves as support for the pool equipment and also tool storage and office for the on-site maintenance personnel.

As of October 2008 Raintree Springs is approximately 70%+ owner-occupied.

Currently, the association dues are set at $154.00 per unit and covers the pool, grounds maintenance, water, snow removal, trash and common area electricity ( Garages ).
